Admission and Eligibility Criteria     
For 1st Year B.E.
For Maharashtra State Candidate: Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and any of Chemistry or Biology or Vocational Subject AND Secured minimum total 50 % marks (minimum total 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects Physics, Mathematics AND any of Chemistry or Biology or Vocational Subject added together AND Obtained a non zero score in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics added together at JEE 2015.
For Direct Admission to Second Year
Educational Qualification  :
The candidate must be an Indian National and should have passed Post-SSC or Post-HSC Diploma course in Engineering/Technology of the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) or autonomous institute to which autonomy has been granted by the state or Maharashtra or diploma recognized as equivalent to the diploma awarded by MSBTE with English medium and at least 50.00% marks (45.00% marks in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology from an AICTE approved Institution with English as the medium of instruction at Diploma level.
OR
The candidate must be an Indian National and should have passed Post-SSC or Post-HSC Diploma course in Engineering/Technology of the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) or autonomous institute to which autonomy has been granted by the state or Maharashtra or diploma recognized as equivalent to the diploma awarded by MSBTE with English medium and at least 50.00% marks (45.00% marks in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology from an AICTE approved Institution with English as the medium of instruction at Diploma level.
Note  :  The students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall only be considered after filling the seats in this category. Students belonging to Diploma stream and students belonging to B.Sc. Stream are required to pass subjects of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing & Engineering Mechanics of the First year Engineering program along with the second year subjects.
For Admission To First Year M.tech.
Eligibility for Admission  :
Candidate should be an Indian National and should possess Bachelors degree or equivalent in the relevant field of Engineering/Technology, specified by the concerned University for admission to a particular Post graduate course from an AICTE approved institutions, with at least 50% marks (at (east 45%marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) and must clear Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by competent authority as per the directions of DTE Mumbai from 2015-16.
Criteria for Engineering Admission
Eligibility for Engineering Admission  :
1.   For open category  :  150 marks (Physics + Maths + Chemistry/Biology/Vocational)
2.   For reserved category  :  135 marks (Physics + Maths + Chemistry/Biology/Vocational)
Steps for Centralised Admission Process  :
1.   JEE or MH-CET Enterance Exam Appearance
2.   Online Registration, Uploading of documents and Documents Verification at fecilitation centers (FC)
3.   Submit your options for colleges and branches.
4.   Provide your option out of Freeze, Float or Slide for first round at Admission reporting Centre (ARC)
Note  :  
  • Freeze means confirm the seat.
  • Slide means you can change the branch in the alloted college in further rounds.
  • Float means to change the colleges or branches or both in further rounds.
  • If the student gets first chosen or freezed option, he/she can change the option only for Round 4.
5.   Report to Admission reporting centre for further process whether you get option of your choice or not.
6.   Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 for further rounds.
7.   Pay Rs. 5,000 (Open category), or Rs. 3,000 (OBC) at the ARC centre.
8.   Finally report to respective college alongwith allotment letter, balanced college fees and required documents.
