The Walkathon is not about running, it is about salvation. We spend so much of our lives doubting ourselves, thinking that we're not good enough, not strong enough, not made of the right stuff. The Walkathon is an opportunity for redemption. Opportunity, because the outcome is uncertain. Opportunity, because it is up to you, and only you, to make it happen. The Walkathon gives an opportunity to enjoy a day with our loved once family.
There is no luck involved in finishing the walkathon, the ingredients required to tackle this formidable challenge are straightforward: commitment, sacrifice, grit, and raw determination. Plain and simple. The Rotaract Club of PIET participated in "Walkathon" & "Dream Run" organised by Rotary Club of Nagpur. Total 161 entries were registered by Rotaract Club of PIET. Also 10 Rotractors volunteered in the event. Rotract Club of PIET was awarded second position and cash prize of Rs. 7500 for great participation.

Season is changing and our clothes from last year may not fit. If we notice clothes piling up in our family's closets - and we are looking for a way to help the less fortunate - donating clothes could be a super-easy start.
A small gesture of ours will be a boon for poverty stricken, deprived people to stay happy during the cruel winter season. So, to show generosity Rotract club of P.I.E.T, has taken an initiative of donating as many as clothes to keep the deprived ones comfortable in harsh winters.
